Chrome shower fixtures can get stained easily with water marks and soap residue, but there is a very easy way to bring back the original shine
As a cleaning professional this is the method I use because is fast and the results are amazing
1- Spray with vinegar
2- Scrub with dish soap
3-Wipe and dry
Here is the step by step with pictures
1- Spray fixtures with vinegar. Fill a clean spray bottle with undiluted white vinegar, this disinfects, cleans and shines
2- Scrub with dish soap. Use a few drops of dish soap in a cup of water and scrub the faucet with a non-scratching scouring pad. Dish soap along with vinegar dissolves soap and hard water residue
3- Wipe and dry. Remove soap and vinegar using a damp microfiber cloth, fold it in four and use all sides, then dry and polish using a dry microfiber cloth
Enjoy the fantastic results! Your fixtures will look as good as new, bright and shiny again
To keep them looking this great wipe them at least once a week with a damp cloth sprayed with vinegar, dry completely afterwards
Keep a spray bottle filled with undiluted vinegar to clean not only fixtures but shower walls and bathtubs
Microfiber cloths are fantastic for cleaning, they are very absorbent and leave no lint behind, use them to clean the entire house
